Rio Rico Mexican Grill is conveniently located at 929 N. Val Vista Drive in Gilbert, AZ and have been open since 2005, having recently relocated from the Southeast corner of Val Vista and Guadalupe to the Northeast corner of the same intersection. We are a family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant and take great pride in offering our Gilbert customers a casual atmosphere where they can enjoy all of their favorite authentic Mexican food. We are not a fast food Mexican restaurant nor are we part of a national Mexican restaurant chain. We are so much more! Our family is proud to offer you some of the best authentic Mexican food in the Gilbert and surrounding communities. All of our Mexican food is made fresh daily right in our kitchen! We believe that our homemade approach gives a richer and tastier flavor to all of our Mexican dishes. From guacamole made fresh to order to our famous Chile Rellenos, our Gilbert guests will not go away hungry!
Hours are 11 am to 9 pm Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm on Sunday, Closed Mondays.
